Returning an item

Please note, that we may not always require you to return your faulty item, so please do not send this back to us until you have spoken with one of our Customer Care team members.

If you're not completely happy with a sex toy you have bought from Lovehoney, let us know why within 100 days of receiving it and we'll give you a gift voucher.

To make a claim under the 100 Day Pleasure Guarantee fill in the returns form and choose '100 Day Pleasure Guarantee’ as the reason for returning the item.
