Of course! We ship all orders in boring brown boxes or plain envelopes so that the only person getting excited about your delivery is you. See what our packaging looks like here.

Bear in mind that courier services require Lovehoney to have a return address on all orders.

If you're out when your package is due to be delivered, your mail person will find a safe place to leave your parcel. If they're not able to leave the parcel in a safe place, you'll either receive an email explaining the next steps or you'll receive a card through the letterbox.

If your parcel is sent to a local collection point, it'll be held for 7 days before being returned to us. Take the missed delivery notice and photo ID registered to your delivery address when you collect your order in person.
