Terms & Conditions for DesignMyNight X Lovehoney Prize Draw

1. By entering the competition you are agreeing to theDesignMyNight X Lovehoney Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.

2. The competition is being run by Lovehoney whose registered address is 3100 Locksbrook Road, Bath BA1 3EN (the ‘Prize Draw Provider’) in partnership with WFL Media Ltd trading as DesignMyNight.

3. Entry requirements;

• Entrants and their guest must be 18 or over. DesignMyNight reserves the right at its sole discretion to ask the winner for identification if they appear to be under the age of 25.

• Entrants must currently reside in the United Kingdom and have a UK address.

• Employees of DesignMyNight, their immediate family or anyone directly connected to the competition or operation of the competition are not eligible to participate in the competition.

4. Completing the form does not guarantee the entrant a prize.

5. Entrants must complete the entry form here by 23:59 on Sunday 19th February 2023to be entered into the prize draw. Any entries after this date will not be valid.

6. The DesignMyNight prize has been, provided by Mama Shelter (the ‘Venue’) and Lovehoney (the Prize Draw Provider) consists of, an overnight stay at Mama Shelter Shoreditch London for two with breakfast and a Lovehoney bundle worth £200+, including the new Womanizer OG (RRP £179.99) and lube, bondage and accessories. Dates for the stay at Mama Shelter is subject to availability. The stay is available at Mama Shelter’s London Shoreditch site only. Travel and any extra costs are not included in the prize.

7. Prize shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Venue and the Prize Draw Provider.

8. Please check the details of your prize, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

9. The Venue reserve the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of other passengers/patrons.

10. The Venue have the right to alter or vary your booking due to circumstances beyond their control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange bookings.

11. If the prize is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the Venue, the Prize Draw Provider, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, they will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry.

12. The venue(s) may operate a No Smoking Policy and the prize winner must comply with this policy along with any other policies the venue may enforce.

13. The Venue, the Prize Draw Provider and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.

14. Any costs or expenses incurred by the winner in respect of the utilisation of the prize (including but not limited to travel costs, spending money, costs of transfers and other living expenses, insurance and taxes) are to be covered by the winner.

15. The Venue and the Prize Draw Provider are solely responsible for the delivery and quality of the Prize. We accept no responsibility for the delivery or quality of the products and services to be provided by the Venue and the Prize Draw Provider.

16. After the winner has been contacted by Lovehoney, DesignMyNight will pass on their email address / name and chosen date / time to the Venue who will confirm the booking.

17. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be sold, auctioned or exchanged for cash.

18. DesignMyNight reserve the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the need arise. The payment of all costs and expenses involved in claiming the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

19. Certain restrictions on the prize may be imposed depending on the Government restrictions in response to Covid-19.

20. The competition and these terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

21. If there is any conflict between these terms and those in any promotional material these terms will prevail.

22. DesignMyNight is not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the liability of DesignMyNight for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

23. If any part of these terms is legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect

24. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In or any other Social Network.

25. DesignMyNight reserves the right to cancel this competition for any reason at any time.
