Returning an item is easy. Just head to our Order Returns page, fill out the form and choose ‘100 Day Money Back Promise’ as the reason for returning an item.
No, the 100 Day Money Back Promise only covers Sex Toys and Bondage items.
However, if you change your mind about one of these products, you can return them up to 60 days after purchase. Products must be unopened, unused or unworn and have packaging or tags intact.
100 Day Money Back Promise Terms and Conditions
The 100 Day Money Back Promise applies to all sex toys and bondage items. Lingerie, lubricants and gifts and games are excluded.
To make a claim under the 100 Day Money Back Promise you must:
- complete a Returns form to let us know you are returning a product - choose "100 Day Money Back Promise Claim" as the reason for the return.
- return the unwanted item within 100 days of receiving it.
Once we have reviewed and accepted your claim we will issue you with a full refund. Refunds will take up to 14 days to appear in the account from which you made your payment.
Please note that you may only return a single item from an order under the 100 Day Money Back Promise. We cannot offer exchanges.
The number of refunds you may receive under the 100 Day Money Back Promise is limited entirely at Lovehoney's discretion.
If you return a product outside of the returns periods stated above and it is not faulty, we will dispose of it in a safe and responsible manner. You will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. This also applies to any non-Lovehoney items we receive.
Special Offer Terms and Conditions
If you have a faulty product that you bought on special offer, please return it to us and we will be happy to send a replacement.
If you wish to have a refund, you will need to return all your Special Offer items or pay for the outstanding item.
If you wish to keep an item that was received free, we can deduct the cost of it from your refund.
